Advanced Logistics is a logistics management information company, whose vision is optimizing all components of logistics services required to support offshore oil and gas exploration and production.

 
 
Our Service

Advanced Logistics provides logistics management with the aid of today’s technology that enables the offshore Oil and Gas industry to operate more efficiently. The use of technology is one of the fastest growing applications in logistics management. As E&P companies and production operators seek more cost effective solutions to their logistics challenges in land, marine and aviation transportation, those companies armed with knowledge and real time information will have the advantage they need to operate more resourcefully.

   
SAMM and SAMMPremier are examples of AL technology infusion into the offshore logistics business. They represent state-of-the-art tools developed to optimize the operation of marine and land transportation, aviation services, personnel and shorebases.

All of the components of these logistics management functions are conveniently located and interactive via the web.

 

In the environment to continually increase corporate value, reducing logistics and transportation costs is the next frontier. Advanced Logistics provides technology and personnel – two key components for a successful logistics management. AL has the tools to increase asset utilization resulting in lower logistics costs.

Technology … SAMMPremier. AL introduces the industry’s first comprehensive web based, logistics information, and material tracking system. Linking SAMM and SAMMPremier provides real time situational awareness that enables clients to identify and capitalize on efficiency opportunities.

 
 

The business model supporting SAMM and SAMMPremier will define a new standard by which offshore oil & gas companies can manage their logistics requirements. Advanced Logistics is developing, and will soon offer, additional subscription services such as material tracking and procurement that will complete the sphere for a comprehensive web based supply chain management system.

Modules to aid in compliance with Homeland Security requirements for 33CFR part 104 are currently in place with SAMM. During the fall of 2004, customers will be able to manage, document and archive most required MARSEC alert data in a coordinated manner between offshore facilities, vessels, and shorebases. Smart Card Technology will be introduced throughout the system as a means of tracking personnel and materials. The information will be maintained in a central database and accessed through our secure web site.

As new and emerging technology enters the marketplace, Advanced Logistics will link those technologies with logistics applications in order to provide our customers with the most modern, economical and efficient logistics solutions available.
